I always swore that I would never put up one of those tacky “under construction” posts but, well, things change. Last night, while migrating to a new server, I nuked all of my sites. No, I didn’t cry, but it was a close thing. Instead I lay in bed all night quietly freaking out.
So, here’s the deal:
On the plus side, I have a backup of all of my content.
On the minus side, all of my pictures and my site design are gone.
On the plus side, I still *have* all of my pictures.
On the minus side, they’re all on my laptop and it’s going to take me a while to get them back online as there are a LOT of them.
On the plus side, this will give me a chance to really organize them and make my galleries pretty.
On the minus side, it’s going to take a while.
What this means for you:
The bad news: for a while you will have to look at this ugly site design as I’m stressed to the max and heading to the Lake District for a mini-break.
The good news: when the site is finally back it’s gonna rock your socks off!
In the mean time, I appreciate your patience while I go meditate by a lake in northern England before my head explodes.
